Hill Training sessions
Thursday Night training – Hill Training sessions
As of April 3rd, the hill sessions will be replaced with circuits around Kinnoull Hill woods, meeting at 6.30pm for a 6.40 start. These sessions will alternate with the track sessions throughout the summer.
