The fixtures for the Cross Country 2015-16 season are now out. The page will be updated to reflect the new races very soon. Please stay tuned for future updates.
Note – the first event is the East District Relay Championships – this year at Peebles on October 11th. Time to dust off the trail shows or spikes…

Quick note to say that there will be no training on Thursday 13th August at the track due to the club Duathlon.

As a reminder to members, please wear you club colours on the club night run on the first Tuesday of each month. This is another way to promote the club when we’re out running.

Also, we want to make the first Tuesday club night the time to purchase club clothing. The ‘shop’ will be open at the back of six so please try and come down earlier to have enough time to buy your items before we head out for the run. It will always be possible to purchase clothing on any Tuesday night but we would like to promote the first Tuesday as the main time to do this. Please speak to any committee member (Sally, Sue, Neil, Grant Strachan, Jimmy, Stuart, Debbie or Simon)

I just thought it was only fair to let our members know that we have some big reductions on Nike clothing starting tomorrow. They are men’s and women’s spring summer clothing, I’ve attached the link to our webpage which will have them highlighted tomorrow.

The prices will come live 1st thing tomorrow (July 17th) and we do have decent stocks in our shop.
